Completed in 2017, House on the Coast is among Sean Godsell's most published and celebrated residential works — an L-shaped concrete and steel structure clad in a timber batten double-skin façade, set into the windswept dunes of Victoria's Mornington Peninsula coastline.

erbauer™ managed all on-site activities and delivered the full scope of structural and finishing carpentry across the main build, pool, and landscaping — every element crafted by hand. A builder in all but name, and a project that speaks to the depth of a working relationship with Sean Godsell that continues to this day.
